These services are supported by layers 4 to 7 of the ISDN and include Telephony, Videotex, Group 3 and 4 fax and Video. Bearer Services are employed for transportation of Teleservices across the network where the information is then processed by the TEs. Thus while Bearer services have the capability to transport speech across the network, speech itself is a teleservice.
